Delivery

We will try to despatch stock items including readymade swimming googles by the next working day. Full prescription items that are made to exact prescriptions may take up to 10 working days to be despatched. If you have a deadline in mind please email or call us before placing the order as we do not like to disappoint.

All items will be despatched via Royal Mail unless specified otherwise.

Delivery to all UK address is free of charge.

Delivery to all European countries is charged at £6.95.




RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are 100% happy with your purchase from Sports Eyewear Direct, however, if you wish to return an item please contact us on 020 8427 2649 or info@sportseyeweardirect.co.uk 


Condition of returns

All items should be returned new and unused, with the instructions, cloths, bags etc. and with the original packaging within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order. Returns that are damaged, soiled, worn or altered may not be accepted and could be sent back to you. Yuo will be responible for the cost of return postage.

All items should be returned along with the completed Returns Note to allow easy identification and prompt processing.

Please note that we will not accept liability for goods that are not returned by a trackable service.

Non-returnable items

We are unable to refund or exchange the following products, unless they are faulty: • Custom made prescription frames / goggles / masks & snorkels if mouth piece used

Faulty goods

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. If any items or services you purchase are faulty, you have the right to return them for a full refund. Please contact our Customer Services Team should you wish to return a faulty item. All our orders are quality controlled and checked before being dispatched. However if an item you receive is damaged, please contact our Customer Services Team who will be happy to assist you. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Late returns

Returns we receive outside of our 14 days returns policy without prior notification will only be accepted at our discretion except in the case of faulty, missing, incomplete or damaged orders.

Return Postage

We recommend any items returned to us are returned via a trackable service such as Royal Mail Recorded. We Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for any return postage incurred, this will have to be covered by yourself.

CANCELLATIONS

If you live in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order under Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 (CCRs), which govern all internet and mail-order shopping.

When an order has been cancelled under CCRs, we will refund you within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods back or if earlier, from the day we receive evidence of the goods being sent back. If your card issuer has not sent you a refund within 30 days, please contact our Customer Services Team.

It is not always possible to stop the despatch of your order once it has been placed and we have started to process it.
